Terms of Service Agreement

1. I understand that Jonathon Miller, Janeal Miller, and the other real estate licensees identified by name throughout this website are licensed as real estate salespersons in the State of Washington, have an office located in Kirkland, Washington, and are affiliated with NWREA LLC (doing business as Keller Williams Realty Kirkland). NWREA LLC (doing business as Keller Williams Realty Kirkland) is registered with the Department of Licensing (State of Washington) and licensed to do business as a real estate broker in the State of Washington. NWREA LLC (doing business as Keller Williams Realty Kirkland) maintains its offices and is located in Kirkland, Washington.

2. NWREA LLC will be referred to as Keller Williams Realty Kirkland. throughout the remainder of this document. Jonathon Miller may be referred to as Jonathon W. Miller or Jon Miller throughout the remainder of this document.

3. I agree not to disclose or use the structure, layout, programming code, content, or form of this website for commercial purposes without the written permission of Jonathon W. Miller, a licensed real estate salesperson and Realtor in the State of Washington.

4. I understand that Washington State Law requires real estate licensees to disclose to all parties to whom the licensee renders real estate brokerage services whether the licensee represents the buyer, the seller, both the seller and buyer, or neither. I acknowledge by using this website that the licensee does not represent me as an agent or as a dual agent unless I have signed a Buyer Representation Contract or a Seller Representation Contract that is still in force. The licensee operating this website, Jonathon W. Miller, does not represent the seller of properties presented on this website unless he is identified as the Listing Real Estate Agent or Broker in the Property Details section for the listed property.

5. I have read the electronic pamphlet The Law of Real Estate Agency, which is published on this website. A paper copy of this pamphlet will be sent to you upon request by calling the Jon Miller Team at (425) 644-HOME (4663).

6. I am a buyer, seller, prospective buyer, or prospective seller of real estate. I am NOT a licensed real estate broker or real estate agent.

7. I agree and understand that I will be contacted by a member of the Jon Miller Team or by a licensed real estate agent who is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Kirkland even if my name is on the Federal "Do Not Call List."

8. I agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when requested by members of the Jon Miller Team or by agents affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Kirkland and to refrain from impersonating any person or entity other than myself.

9. I acknowledge that I must become a client of the Jon Miller Team and Keller Williams Realty Kirkland by signing a Buyer Representation Contract before visiting any property presented on this site.

10. I have NOT signed an agreement with any real estate broker or agent that would prevent me from becoming a client of the Jon Miller Team and Keller Williams Realty Kirkland.

11. I agree that I will not contact the seller, owner, or resident of any property introduced to me through this website or disclosed to me by a member of the Jon Miller Team. I will also NOT attempt to view a property introduced to me by this website except through a showing appointment scheduled with a licensed member of the Jon Miller Team.

12. I understand that this website may connect directly or indirectly to websites operated by other parties. I agree that Keller Williams Realty Kirkland and the Jon Miller Team are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the content on this website or any other website including websites to which this website connects. I understand that any website (or its content) to which this website connects is not endorsed by Keller Williams Realty Kirkland or the Jon Miller Team.

13. This agreement will commence upon my acceptance of it by typing my name on the registration page and it will remain in force until written notification of termination by either party. Notwithstanding any termination, I agree to abide by the provisions of paragraph 1 regarding the disclosure or use of the structure, layout, programming code, content, or form of this website and to be bound by the injunction and remedy provisions of paragraph 13 for an indefinite period of time.

14. I agree to the provisions of the Terms of Service Agreement each time I access or use the website. I understand that I may be notified by email or through disclosures presented while accessing this site if the Terms of Service Agreement is ever changed. I also understand that I may be required to acknowledge my acceptance of a new Terms of Service Agreement before continuing to use or access the website. Failing to accept the Terms of Service Agreement will likely terminate my ability to access or to use this website.

15. I acknowledge that the unauthorized disclosure or use of the structure, layout, programming code, content, or form of this website could cause irreparable harm and significant injury that may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, I agree that Jonathon W. Miller shall have the right to seek an immediate injunction enjoining any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement in addition to any other remedies to which he may be entitled, including monetary damages.

16. I agree that the owner and operator of this website may terminate my ability to use or access this website for any reason.
